When placing an order with us, we require a physical street address in order to deliver goods to you. We do not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Please provide your contact telephone number to assist us in processing your order. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods.
If a parcel has to be re-delivered because the customer is not available to accept the goods, this additional cost in freight will be invoiced to the customer. Please ensure you are available to accept the goods to avoid this charge.
Although every care is taken by URT to ensure accurate delivery to the customer, we do not accept liability for losses occurring at point of delivery. Not withstanding this, where it is proven that the courier lost or damaged goods in transit, URT will replace the goods provided such losses or damages are notified within 48 hours and subsequently validated by URT.
If an order can’t be fulfilled due to goods being out of stock, you will be notified with an estimate delivery date. You then have the option of waiting for your goods or receiving a full refund.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are a flat rate of $9.90 gst inclusive per order for anywhere in Australia. Allow 1-3 business days shipping.
